Founded in 2007, the Law Offices of Cindy Ramjattan-Paul, P.C. is a client-focused law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation in U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law and New Jersey Family Law. From our office in Bloomfield, New Jersey, we proudly represent individuals, families, businesses, and employers throughout the United States and around the world.
Attorney Cindy Ramjattan-Paul has more than two decades of legal experience and has devoted her career to helping clients successfully navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. Throughout her career, she has represented thousands of clients in matters involving family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, deportation and removal defense, asylum, waivers of inadmissibility, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, naturalization and citizenship, humanitarian relief, federal immigration litigation, and Immigration Court proceedings.
In addition to our nationally recognized immigration practice, our firm provides experienced representation in New Jersey Family Law, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, domestic violence matters, mediation, adoption, guardianships, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Attorney Ramjattan-Paul is licensed to practice law in the States of New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in North Carolina, where she represented individuals in criminal proceedings while developing a strong understanding of the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. That experience continues to provide valuable insight when representing noncitizens facing complex immigration and criminal law issues.
